Shandre Campbell – SuperSport United
Campbell has been the most talked-about youngster in recent weeks and has even sparked debate as to whether or not he is ripe enough to go to Europe.
The 18-year-old has been involved in SuperSport’s nine goals in 21 games across all competitions.
Ime Okon – SuperSport United
It has been an eventful debut season for the 19-year-old central defender who is stuck between representing South Africa and Nigeria at international level.
From being included in the Bafana Bafana preliminary squads twice to captaining Matsatsantsa in the CAF Confederation Cup, Okon is one for the future.
Wandile Duba – Kaizer Chiefs
The Amakhosi starlet recently made his top-flight league debut in impressive fashion, with a goal against Golden Arrows.
With Chiefs struggling upfront, Duba is already being touted as a possible solution to the Soweto giants’ attacking frailties.
Luke Baartman – Cape Town Spurs
The 17-year-old forward has two goals in seven PSL games but has impressed in those outings.
Baartman made his PSL debut in October 2023 and has turned himself into a regular at Spurs, being trusted in their fight against relegation.
Siyanda Mthanti – Golden Arrows
The Arrows midfielder has turned himself into a regular in his debut top-flight league season.
Despite not being a prolific scorer and managing just one assist in 15 appearances, he remains a key member of Abafana Bes’thende’s midfield.
