Penny Ntuli not hurt in car accident

By Rorisang Modiba

Radio presenter Penny Ntuli narrowly survived a car accident on the N3 highway in Johannesburg on Wednesday after a truck lost its load of timber.

The front of her car was badly damaged.

Ntuli recently went viral on social media after a dispute with her previous employer, Gagasi FM, over low pay caused an uproar.

Following her exit from Gagasi FM, ActionSA KwaZulu-Natal chairperson Zwakele Mncwango offered her a job in the private sector, which she reportedly turned down.

She moved to Johannesburg for a new opportunity at Jozi FM, where she is now employed.

The move has not been without drama, as her coworkers claimed Ntuli received special treatment from the radio’s CEO.

Ntuli shared details of the accident on her Facebook page.

“No matter what I did, the car was going to get damaged either way. But hey, no one was hurt. As long as I’m alive, I’m just grateful for that,” she wrote.
