Carl Niehaus mounted a metal platform to protest outside the ANC policy conference on Sunday.

He held up a sign saying Ramaphosa must go – and didn’t notice the penis enlargement advertisements fluttering underneath him on the front of his soapbox.

With no idea of the adverts on his platform, the former ANC spokesperson stood tall and confidently outside the Nasrec centre where the conference was being held.

The protest is one of the many Niehaus has staged in the past weeks demanding that President Cyril Ramaphosa step down over the Phala Phala farm scandal.

A similar protest took place outside the ANC Luthuli House building in Johannesburg a few weeks ago, although without penis enlargement advertisements.

Niehaus, along with others, has demanded Ramaphosa answer for the robbery that took place at the game farm two years ago.

A case was opened against the president by former spy boss Arthur Fraser. Ramaphosa has recently responded to the 31 questions sent to him by now suspended Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane.
