“I also cherish spending quality time with my family and pursuing new creative ventures.”
When asked about recruiting new artists for her label, she said: “Throughout my journey, God has guided me, and I continue to honour Him for the gift of my voice and the healing it brings through music. I trust in His guidance and remain grateful for the opportunities ahead.”
Bucie emphasised the importance of creating safe spaces in the industry, envisioning her business as a catalyst for this change.
“I aim to connect with women-led creatives, agencies, and businesses, fostering an environment where artists can thrive and feel supported,” she said.
“Creating the safe spaces I wish we had when we started is crucial to me.”
Proud of the current state of the music industry, Bucie highlighted the youth’s role in driving creativity and not waiting for external validation.
