Before the weekend South Africa had 2,506 Covid-19 cases. Now we have 3,158 — an increase of more than 650 in four days — with 54 deaths and 903 recoveries.
Part of that big increase is due to increased testing by government last week.
As of 1pm, the world now has 2,423,498 cases and 166,045 deaths.
