The ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 has reached a pivotal stage, with the line-up for the last four now confirmed.
Australia’s dominant win over South Africa in their final group-stage match on Saturday helped them seal their spot at the top of the table.
The Proteas were bowled out for 97 as they lost by seven wickets in Indore, with Alana King shining for the Aussies with figures of 7/18.
Australia remains unbeaten in the tournament, solidifying their position as strong contenders for the title.
India, meanwhile, secured their semifinal spot with a convincing win over New Zealand and will face Bangladesh in their final league match.
South Africa will take on England in the first semi-final on Wednesday at 11:30am, while defending champions Australia will face hosts India in the second semi-final on Thursday.
The winners of both games will meet in the final on 2 November in Navi Mumbai. All the games are being broadcast live on SuperSport.
