Television crews at the Qatar World Cup were ordered to film Fifa president Gianni Infantino at least once each match, but not if he was on his mobile phone.
Emails sent to the broadcasting studios contained very clear instructions about when to film the Fifa president.
Three main directives were sent out by HBS, the Swiss-based Host Broadcast Service used by Fifa for World Cup games.
The first instruction was to film Infantino at least once during all 64 games, as the Fifa president managed to part-attend each game.
The second instruction was that the film crews were prohibited from showing Infaninto while he was using his mobile phone.
Lastly the crews were told that if Infantino sat next to a Qatar sheikh, they should only be filmed above the knee for cultural reasons.
An employee was handed a warning for catching Infantino on his phone.
Infantino did not want his image to be shown inside the stadium, after he was booed by the crowd during the England vs Wales clash.
Therefore there were several times when Infantino was seen on television screens but not on the big screens inside the stadium.
And this is because Infantino painted an ugly portrait of himself as the head of Fifa following a selfie in bad taste with the casket of the late Brazilian footballer Pelé.
Infantino also found himself in the bad books of football fans because his long-time friend, celebrity chef Salt Bae, walked onto the field unauthorised after Argentina lifted the World Cup trophy.
