South African fans are thrilled to see themselves in American singer Chris Brown’s latest music video.
The star has used footage from his December concerts at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg for his new song “Residuals”.
Brown packed Africa’s biggest stadium for two nights in a row, and now those same excited crowds are part of his official video.
Fans have taken to social media to share their excitement at spotting themselves and friends in the footage.
“In other news South Africa, Chris Brown us’fake on his Residuals music video, we made it,” wrote one fan on X.
The video, posted on Brown’s Instagram page, has already been viewed more than 11-million times.
“You mean to tell me I’m technically in the Residuals music video,” commented one excited viewer.
“Something about you when you perform this song,” another fan wrote.
