Reality TV star Gogo Skhotheni says she’s scared for her life and may take Gogo Maweni to court after receiving death threats.
The two traditional healers, who’ve been feuding for almost a year, seemed to make peace during a TikTok live session after trading insults about fake brands and their husbands.
But now things have got worse as if taken straight from the title of a book by the 1800s British author Charles Dickens—A Tale of Two Gogos.
Skhotheni says she’s terrified after receiving threatening emails from Maweni, whom she had blocked on social media and WhatsApp.
One email warned: “When I ‘catch you’ it’s over.”
Skhotheni says she’s now scared to take her daughter to school. She even sent a message to God asking for protection.
“I fear for my life in the physical form. If anything happens to me, please know who is responsible,” she said.
The fight escalated when Maweni brought up Skhotheni’s past arrest. This came after Maweni herself had previously been arrested for assault.
Just last week, the two reality stars were fighting on TikTok about fake brands, questioning each other’s husbands, and arguing about who really owns their businesses.
Now Skhotheni is considering going to court to protect herself from what she says are death threats.
