Mnyandu made the remarks during an interview with News Avenue this week. But he said the controversial song was made with the approval of the late senior IFP and SABC executive Dr Ben Ngubane.

uMkhanyakude: KZN Traditional Affairs MEC Rev. Thulasizwe Buthelezi is concerned with the conduct of the leadership of uMkhanyakude District Municipality. He said their actions are hindering due processes, which could result in the non-payment of salaries for municipal staff.

Nquthu: On Wednesday, the Nquthu Regional Court sentenced Mandlelisa Mabhale, 58, to 10 terms of life imprisonment plus 70 years in jail after he was found guilty on ten cases of raping young children, sexual assault and exposing children to pornography. In September 2022, a child minder of four children overheard people talking about a pastor who had a reputation of violating young children. The conversation caught the minder’s interest because the children she was looking after often visited the pastor and would spend considerable time with him. The children would also help Mabhale when he was doing his odd jobs of fixing electrical appliances.
