Pep Guardiola’s side beat Young Boys 3-0 with Phil Foden also on the scoresheet.
In the same group, Leipzig also progressed to the round of 16 with a 2-1 win over Red Star Belgrade. The results mean that Group G has been decided with two games to spare.

AC Milan’s much-needed 2-1 victory over PSG gave them their first win in the group of death, with Newcastle now behind them in last place on four points.

Celtic remain winless in Group E, with Brendan Rodgers’ dismal Champions League record continuing after a forgettable trip to Madrid that saw them thrashed 6-0 by Atletico.
Braces from Antoine Griezmann and Alvaro Morata means that their result, along with Lazio’s 1-0 defeat of Feyenoord, sends Diego Simeone’s side to the top of the group.
On Wednesday, Bayern Munich take on Galatasaray while Arsenal and Manchester United are also in action against Sevilla and Copenhagen.
