The Premier League title race will go down to the final day of the season after Arsenal picked up a 1-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
On an afternoon of anguish for all those in Manchester red and blue, the result would certainly have affected Erik Ten Hag more than most.
The Red Devils were not at their worst either, edging the possession over the title challengers and registering more attempts.
The clinical touch was missing though, meaning that despite a late onslaught, their hopes of playing European football next season were only further dampened.
United are now without a league win in four and have suffered their ninth defeat of the season at Old Trafford. That is the most home games they have ever lost in a single campaign in their history.
They now sit in eighth place, three points behind Chelsea.
The story further up the table is what will be sure to leave viewers in for a mouthwatering final week of football, though.
Kai Havertz set-up Leandro Trossard in the first half to open the scoring; and from that point on, there would be no looking back for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Arsenal’s win at the Theatre of Dreams means that have now won three consecutive Premier League games against United for the first time in over 26 years.
More importantly, the three points sends them to the top of the table — one clear of champions Manchester City — who have a game in hand against Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday.
