DJ Sbu announces return to Radio 2000

DJ Sbu is the host of The Hustlers Corner podcast. He is also a well-known disc jockey, television and radio presenter, music producer, and successful entrepreneur. 

After being expelled from Metro FM, he concentrated on enhancing his music career, business ventures, and his podcast.

Sbu – real name Sbusiso Leope, 46 – disclosed his new association with Radio 2000 on Thursday.

He posted images of himself inking the contract he thanked his Highest Power for his return to the airwaves.

“Livukile Idlozi. Thokozani Bantu Abadala. To God be the glory. I signed it today guys!” he reported.

“Thank you to all who’ve held me down over the years. I am back on mainstream morning radio. I missed you guys.”

“Ma 2k ngiyazi senikhulile, ngisizwile iSkhalo senu. It looks like that Friends Like These conversation will now reach the right ears since I am back in the building.”

He is on Radio 2000 Mondays to Fridays from  6am to 9am, presenting the Breakfast Show with No Name. 

“We want you to name the show next week,” he said.

Said a social media voice: “@glenzito thank you for paving the way, opening the doors and being a solid role model for us for two decades. We appreciate you. We love you. We respect you. We celebrate you.”

Said another: “These are going to be very big shoes to fill. But with the grace of God and your blessing I know the team will hold it down well and make you proud.”
