DBN Gogo rings the nation’s bells

If you’ve been looking for the next big hit ever since Zakes Bantwini and Kasango’s “Osama” dropped, then look no further. DBN Gogo has released a certified banger that will be sure to get everyone ringing – it’s titled “Bells”.

“Bells” features TNK MusiQ, DJ Stopper and Eltonk SA.

Since it was released on 3 March, it has been climbing the charts and looks like it won’t stop until it reaches number one.

With a smooth classical deep-house melody that will get you tapping your feet, “Bells” is currently at number two on both iTunes and Youtube’s list of Trending music videos. On the latter, it clocked up over 200,000 views in its first week.

Now the only thing standing in DBN Gogo’s way from reaching that top spot is the late Riky Rick.

“Sondela”, the Venom and Shishiliza hit and the last song the artist featured on, is number one on iTunes.

While on YouTube, Riky Rick’s tribute song titled “Lala Ngoxolo” (Rest in Peace) is still holding the top spot with over 1.1 million views. The song was produced under Inkabi Records by Big Zulu, Mduduzi Ncube and Siya Ntuli a day after Riky Rick’s sudden death on 23 February.
