While other music artists are busy buying themselves luxury cars, Cassper Nyovest has bought himself a Franck Muller timepiece.
Nyovest bought the expensive watch on Tuesday, a week after he was named Artist of the Decade at the tenth South African Hip Hop Awards.
As if the watch was not expensive enough, the star commissioned The Diamond Channel to customise it, adding diamonds around the watch face.
Just when fans thought he was finished, he received a new McLaren sports car as a birthday gift from his apparel partners, Drip footwear, on Wednesday.
“The Drip/Root of fame done gave a n** some new legs. GOD IS FAITHFUL!!!” wrote Nyovest in the caption of his social media post, showing off his new luxury wheels.
Nyovest is ready to launch his “Billiato” liquor on Thursday, which happens to be his 31st birthday.
Nyovest, whose real name is Refiloe Maele Phoolo, is currently preparing for a friendly boxing match with YouTuber entertainment commentator, Slik Talk.
Nyovest said it is sad that he has to start his career in the boxing ring with a YouTuber, but Slik Talk was the only one with “the balls to back his words up”.
The match between the two entertainers will be streamed live on YouTube on 22 December.
“I have a little bit of respect for him for taking the fight, but I am going to knock him out,” Nyovest has said.
