Apparently frustrated at an unpaid debt, an angry Joburger left this graffiti on a wall.
The City of Johannesburg’s response on Twitter?
“We urge residents to sort out their personal issues appropriately…please #BudgetYourDezemba and report vandalism to 0800 00 25 87 #JoburgBylaws”.
The City of Johannesburg later retweeted an ad from Plascon, the paint company, showing off its paint. With the message:
“Hey Thulani – we can’t do anything about the R50k, but at least your neighbours won’t know.”
