Zambian presenter demands his pay while live on TV

If you want to get a message across to your employer that you’re fed up at not being paid, watch this Zambian TV presenter.

Kabinda Kalimina recently interrupted a live broadcast to demand he and his colleagues get paid.

After running through a few headlines on his news show, the anchor with KBN TV, said: “Away from the news, ladies and gentlemen, we are human beings. We have to get paid.”

He added: “Unfortunately, on KBN we haven’t been paid… Sharon and everyone else hasn’t been paid, including myself. We have to get paid.”

The CEO of KBN TV, Kennedy K Mambwe, criticised Kalimina, accusing him of “drunken behaviour” and a “one-night stunt of fame”.
