When Biden knifed apartheid SA

As the world prepares for a Biden presidency, a clip of Joe Biden attacking Pretoria in 1986 has been circulating on South African social media groups.

Biden, a senator at the time, is seen blasting the then Republican government’s policy of “constructive engagement” with South Africa under apartheid. 

Later on, America dropped its soft approach to the government of PW Botha, and launched tough sanctions.
