A video of DJ Fresh, real name DJ Thato Sikwane, seen sharing a kiss with Sina Kleemann, has sparked a buzz on social media.
It is alleged that she may currently be in a relationship with DJ Fresh.
The producer, and entrepreneur based in Johannesburg, is best known for his work on 5FM and Metro FM, as well as hosting on YFM Radio station.
The footage shows the pair enjoying a night out, leading fans to speculate that the woman might be DJ Fresh’s new girlfriend.
Since announcing his divorce in 2022, DJ Fresh has not confirmed any new relationships, though he has been linked to celebrities like actress Mapaseka Koetle.
DJ Fresh was married to Thabiso for 20 years.
In their joint divorce announcement, the couple stated they would remain friends and business partners.
“Yes, it’s a fact. We are heading for a divorce,” DJ Fresh said.
“We have been separated for most of lockdown, and we are just finalising the finer details right now. We still love each other.”
In a podcast interview last December with Suhayl Essa, DJ Fresh elaborated on his divorce and the reasons he continued to live with his ex-wife after their separation.
“We understood that, for the kids, we couldn’t just abruptly separate,” he said.
“We admitted that our kids deserved two happy parents, and sometimes that means parents being apart.”
He said they still loved each other but their relationship was over.
“We both want to be happy, which we aren’t in this marriage,” he said.
“I think the kids understood that, and the fact that we stayed together for so long.”
He said he had only moved out six months ago and they had been living under the same roof with him in the cottage.
The divorce was finalised a year and a half ago.
