Rihanna, one of the world’s most loved singers of all-time, on Monday announced the date and the list of acts who will feature on her prestigious Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 3 to take place on 24 September.
Fenty is named after Rihanna’s real name, Robyn Rihanna Fenty.
While the whole “Navy”, as Rihanna’s fans are known, are excited about the big news of the third Savage X Fenty Show, South Africa is celebrating actress Thuso Mbedu, who was named as one of the show’s acts.
What made SAn’s even more proud was the fact that her name was written on the promotion video which highlights what will be happening at the show, and not sidelined as a “and many more” of the other acts who will be there.
The 30-year-old stars as Cora on the respected Hollywood series, The Underground Railroad, which is a true story based on the history of American slavery. She has just added to an already lengthy list of awards with the TV Stare Breakout Star Award at the inaugural Hollywood Critics’s Association awards on 29 August.
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old Rihanna’s event will be combining fashion, dance, music and iconic architecture, to highlight the newest assortment of Savage X Fenty styles.
