Social media star Bianca Coster, who is a content creator and actress, says the anonymous account known as “Chris Excel” has caused serious damage to her life.
The account has 3.3 million followers and is known for its harsh and often offensive posts.
The problem? It uses Coster’s pictures — making people think she’s the one behind the content.
“I used to work with big brands like Vaseline, MTN and Darling Hair. I was doing TV adverts — everything was going well. But once that account used my face, things started going downhill,” she said in a TikTok video.
She says she now has to explain herself to brands and strangers who think she’s behind the offensive posts.
“Why couldn’t he use another picture? Even a plant. Why must I be the one to change my life to accommodate Chris Excel?”
Some people online accuse her of chasing clout. But Coster says the attention has brought her nothing but pain.
“This thing follows me everywhere. I don’t benefit from this. I’ve lost so much. It’s actually tarnished my image and made things harder for me.”
Legal expert Ulrich Roux told eNCA that Coster could take legal steps.
“This is a form of cyberbullying and harassment,” he said. “She can apply for a court order to stop him — even if his identity is hidden. Experts can trace his location through his IP address,” Timeslive reported.
Coster says all she wants is to take back control of her name and image — and to work in peace again.
