Enhle Mbali and her ex-husband, DJ superstar Black Coffee, have entered the social media ring for another round of fighting.
This time, the virtual shouting match seems to stem from a disagreement regarding the electricity at their former marital home, which Mbali now inhabits with their children.
Last week, Mbali took to social media to announce that she would no longer protect Coffee by keeping silent.
The starlet broke down into tears as she spoke about the rejected protection order she applied for against him.
She returned to Twitter this week to fulfill her promise, revealing that Coffee had stopped paying the house’s electricity bills.
Coffee swiftly arrived on the scene to defend himself, calling Mbali a liar. However, his response showed that he had in fact avoided the bills – but, evidently, so had she.
In a series of tweets, he wrote, “It brought me so much pain to watch your videos making fun of this situation with the kids. They honestly don’t deserve this. I have now settled the electricity bill this time just for the sake of the kids. Moving forward, pay your electricity bill. The kids shouldn’t go through this.”
The DJ claims he has nothing to do with the situation and that Mbali knew for a long time that the electricity bill needed to be paid.
The public mudslinging between the two parents looks for the moment to have settled down, after Coffee gave in and footed the bill.
