Influencer, sex worker and famed TV personality of This Body Works For Me, Nomagugu Samke, 26, has publicly stated that she no longer wants to be a sex worker.
She said she wants to go on a spiritual journey and be free of sex work.
She stated this goal on her Twitter Space stream “Abantu Abadala and Spiritual Guides” to over 110 other live streamers. Scrolla.Africa was present while Nomagugu spoke.
The sudden turnaround was brought about by her new spiritual journey. After weeks of public scrutiny based on her life decisions and participation in her hit reality show, she said she took a long hard decision of self-reflection and chose a different path.
“I believe God has sent me a message. He said to me that in order for me to come back to Him, I must stop the life I am living, so that I can be in His Garden of Eden,”she said to her audience on Twitter.
She continued: “When I am having sex with a lot of people I am committing sin against God only but also to myself.”
She added: “I want to tap into the tree of life, but I can’t because of the influences I am exposed to. I attract all these negative energies around me through my work such as drugs, alcohol and STIs.”
Nomagugu said when she does “hook-ups” she doesn’t feel any emotional attachments to the people she sleeps with.
She said she seeks out sex that is emotionally involved, but with her clients she is emotionally detached from the deed.
Although she wants to free herself from the sex worker life, she stated she won’t stop abruptly because she still enjoys having sex and she still wants to make money.
