Radio presenter Minnie Ntuli is fighting for her career after a video of her attacking Londie London during the Real Housewives of Durban reunion went viral.
In the unseen footage, Minnie is seen pushing Londie’s forehead and saying something rude that has left viewers disgusted.
Some people are calling Minnie a bully and demanding that she be kicked out of the show and the media industry.
Gagasi FM, the radio station where Minnie works, released a statement on Friday, 11 July, trying to distance itself from the drama.
The next day, entertainment page PopPulseSA shared Minnie’s desperate apology from her Facebook page.
In the statement, Minnie said she is sorry for what happened and takes full responsibility for her violent behaviour.
“I take full accountability for the role I played,” she said. “I want to sincerely apologise to the affected cast members.”
Minnie also said she has spoken to the cast privately and publicly and will go for professional counselling to help her deal with her emotions better.
Meanwhile, Londie is taking things much further. She plans to sue Minnie for assault and defamation, calling her “evil” and saying her behaviour was violent and disrespectful.
