  • Taylor Allison accused Mlindo The Vocalist on Instagram of physically abusing her and throwing a phone that struck their baby’s head during an argument.
  • Allison later walked back parts of her claims while Mlindo denied all allegations, saying the accusations were painful and did not reflect his character.

Taylor Allison went public. Then she pulled back. Now Mlindo The Vocalist has had his say.

Allison, the mother of Mlindo’s child, posted on Instagram accusing the singer of physically abusing her and throwing a phone that struck their baby’s head during an argument. She said she was tired of keeping quiet because he feared losing his career. The posts spread quickly online.

Days later, Allison released a second statement walking back parts of what she had said.

She told her followers she had spoken from a place of hurt, frustration and exhaustion. She said some of what she shared publicly did not reflect the full reality of the situation. She added that she no longer wanted the matter to become a source of bullying or damage to anyone involved.

“I hope both parties can focus on healing, co-parenting peacefully and moving forward respectfully,” she said.

Mlindo The Vocalist responded shortly after, denying all allegations of gender-based violence and abuse.

He said the accusations were painful and did not reflect his character or values. The singer said he had stayed silent out of respect for the relationship and had hoped to resolve the matter privately.

He also said he experienced emotional and physical challenges within the relationship and believes the truth will come out.

“I remain committed to handling this situation with dignity,” he said.
