Khanyi Mbau recently had surgery to change the look of her face but is keeping her new look a secret.
The South African actress and reality TV star, who often talks openly about her beauty treatments, has been sharing pictures of herself wearing a mask to keep her face covered.
In August, Khanyi said she had surgery to get a long-lasting youthful look. She joked about it, saying: “Now we bake. Bought a new face … it’s still very fresh and super tight … it will take a few weeks for it to cook.”
This has got people talking about her decision to move away from using Botox and fillers.
Since then, Khanyi has continued to post photos with her face hidden, keeping everyone guessing.
Fans are excited to see her new look, with some praising her confidence, while others have called it a waste of money. Everybody wonders what she looks like now.
