South Africa’s luxury queen Kefilwe Mabote has married again in a private ceremony.
The 36-year-old influencer and digital strategist, known as Kefiboo, surprised fans when she quietly announced her marriage on Instagram.
She wore an elegant white gown and signed her marriage documents with her father as a witness. But she kept her new husband’s identity completely secret.

Her caption was simple but meaningful: “Forever begins with God at the centre.”
This new marriage follows a big change Mabote made in January when she revealed she had surrendered her life to God.
She said she had given up horoscopes, idolatry, new age practices, soul ties and “wrong crowds” because these had kept her “in bondage.”

“I see life differently now, and I’ve learnt to live with humility,” she said at the time.
In January 2023, she caused a big stir with a fancy traditional wedding. The celebration featured lobola cows and a custom gown by designer Gert-Johan Coetzee.
But not long after, people started saying the whole celebration had been staged for content. She never responded to these claims directly.

Her relationships have been filled with drama over the years. She has faced abuse allegations and custody battles with a former husband.
Earlier this year on Netflix’s Young, Famous & African, she revealed she had once been a second wife in a polygamous marriage.

Many fans flooded her Instagram page with congratulations after the wedding announcement. But others took a more critical view of her latest marriage.
“Kefiboo is the standard, elegance personified!” one supporter wrote.
Another fan was less impressed and joked: “How many weddings does one person need? At this point, we need a loyalty card.”
