After hitting what seemed to be rock bottom, Kanye West had gone missing – but it turns out he was only planning a wedding.
A former manager of the “Gold Digger” rapper claimed at the start of January that Ye had been missing for several weeks.
But now it has been revealed by TMZ that Kanye had exchanged vows with architect Bianca Censori in a private ceremony.
The “missing” theory was logical after Kanye once again found himself being “cancelled” – among other outrageous statements, he’d praised Adolf Hitler during a podcast interview last December. It cost him lucrative sponsorships and a partnership with Adidas for his Yeezy designer sneakers.
Kanye is not often known for doing things quietly, but perhaps the 45-year-old has changed his style since the furore over his comments in the podcast.
Ye and Censori were seen earlier in the week sharing a meal in Hollywood.
He was then pictured leaving the restaurant with a ring on his wedding ring finger, sparking rumours of a possible marriage in the future.
The couple are said to have had a small ceremony but are yet to register the marriage to make it legal.
Kanye, as he often does, pointed his fans in the direction of developments by releasing a song titled “Censori Overload” last December.
While the song has no mention of his new partner, lyrics in the piece saying “And the Bible said, ‘I can’t have any more sex till marriage'” hinted at the relationship.
Ye split from Kim Kardashian after seven years of marriage in 2021. Kim and Kanye share four children together: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
