America’s big cities took to the streets on Saturday to rejoice at the end of Donald Trump’s presidency.
News anchors broke down in tears on TV after it was confirmed Joe Biden had beaten Trump.
President Biden said it’s “time for America to unite”.
And Donald Trump went to play golf, promising to carry on fighting the election in court on Monday.
While the big cities are anti-Trump, huge parts of rural America remain pro Trump, who got just over 70 million votes. But with votes still being counted, Biden has the most in American history so far – almost 75 million.
