It takes a bullsh*t artist to know a bullsh*t artist

Experienced liar Donald Trump has thrown shots at Elon Musk, calling the South African-born billionaire “another bullsh*t artist” after he withdrew his $44 billion bid to buy Twitter.

“Elon, Elon is not gonna buy Twitter,” the former US president told his supporters at a rally over the weekend.

“Well, he might later – who the hell knows what’s going to happen? He’s got a pretty rotten contract, elegant, his contract, not a good contract,” he waffled on.

Trump was apparently very upset that Musk claimed in May that he never voted for him to be president.

“You know, he said the other day, ‘Oh, I’d never voted for a Republican’,” he said.

“I said, I didn’t know that. He told me he voted for me. So he’s another bullsh*t artist, but he’s not going to be buying it.”

News broke on Friday that Musk’s takeover of Twitter had broken down. But the drama is set to continue as the social media site said that it will sue Musk for $1 billion if he tries to walk away from the deal.

Trump has good reason to be upset by the news. When news first surfaced in April of Musk’s record-breaking bid to buy the platform, there were reports that he would reactivate the accounts of everyone who had been banned.

Trump was among those whose accounts had been permanently banned, so he will be understandably disappointed that he won’t be able to incite violence and spread misinformation any time soon.
