Lasizwe Dambuza has finally broken his silence after rumours spread that he was involved with singer Phelo Bala — the ex-husband of TV star Moshe Ndiki.
The gossip started when Moshe’s ex-boyfriend, Mzimase “Mzi” Mtytide, went live on social media and spilt the tea on their messy breakup, TimesLIVE reported.
Mzi claimed that Moshe had told him Phelo used to stay at Lasizwe’s house — hinting there might have been more to the story.
“He told me this person used to always stay at Lasizwe’s house,” Mzi said. “There were so many things that didn’t sit well with me.”
But Lasizwe isn’t having it. In a video, he hit back: “I saw that video. I was like, why am I even in it?”
He admitted Phelo once showed interest but insisted nothing happened between them.
“If Phelo had to wink in my direction — why not? He’s single,” Lasizwe said.
“At the time, the broer was hitting me up and I was like, OK, what’s happening? But I didn’t do anything with him. He’s never slept over at my house, as they say. Would I mind if he did? Why not? That’s my truth.”
