- Gogo Skhotheni, whose real name is Tumi Motsoeneng, says a fake Facebook account is spreading false rumours that she is back with ex-husband Monde Shange.
- Skhotheni says her official Facebook account was deactivated when it had more than 800,000 followers, and she has not gone back to the platform.
Gogo Skhotheni is not getting back together with Monde Shange. The reality TV star and DJ said this after a fake Facebook account used old pictures of the couple to spread rumours about them.
Skhotheni, whose real name is Tumi Motsoeneng, shared a statement on Instagram. She said her official Facebook page was deactivated when it had more than 800,000 followers and she has not returned to the platform.
She made clear she does not plan to go back to any past relationships. She also asked people to report the fake account.
Skhotheni first announced her split from Shange in January 2024. She said they had already been apart for six months at that point.
She said that when people see them together, it is only because of their children or business. The former couple share a daughter, Liyana, and lost their son, Monde Jr, who died in May last year after a long illness.
