Two of Harry Kane’s three children were involved in a severe car accident in Germany but emerged without serious injuries.
The crash happened near Schäftlarn in Munich as the children, aged between three and seven, were travelling in a Mercedes van that collided with a Renault which was attempting to merge onto the motorway.
The children were taken to the hospital for precautionary checks and were found to be unharmed.
Kane’s wife, Kate, and their newest family member, Henry, were not in the vehicle at the time of the accident.
The collision happened while Harry Kane was en route to London for Bayern Munich’s Champions League game against Arsenal.
German police and emergency services responded to the crash, which involved a total of eight people in three vehicles, all of whom sustained minor injuries.
The scene was described with details of the vehicle damage and the quick spread of sand to absorb car fluids leaked during the incident.
As Kane played in the highly anticipated match against Arsenal, scoring a goal in a 2-2 draw, his children’s safety back in Munich was undoubtedly a primary concern.
