Canadian rapper Dax has put Nasty C’s rapping ability to the test on his latest single “40 Days 40 Nights”.
South African rapper Nasty C has made a name for himself out-rapping rappers on their own tunes in his native country as well as the US.
Dax’s rise to fame started with remixes of famous and lyrically-challenging songs, such as Eminem’s “Rap God” and Tupac’s “Hit Em Up”.
In 2015, Nasty C had to step up and prove why he deserves to be on international stages after signing under America’s Def Jam Records.
He went on to work with rappers such as Hopsin and Tech N9ne, who are both famous for their raw and conscious style.
“40 Days 40 Nights” is an ode to hard work, with lyrics such as, “seven days without work makes one weak, I ain’t weak.”
The song’s music video is currently dominating YouTube’s trending music, already garnering 1.3 million views in just one week.
