Boris Johnson’s lockdown bash-&-bonk

Some of former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s aides were said to have had sex at a 10 Downing Street party on the eve of Prince Philip’s funeral – while strict Covid-19 restrictions were still in place.

10 Downing Street is the official residence and the office of the British Prime Minister.

Numerous witnesses saw two couples becoming “intimate” at a raucous party – with one couple seen going into an office “with the lights off”, The Times reported this week. The party, on 16 April 2021, the night before Philip’s funeral, went on until 4am.

Another couple was seen “feeling each other up” in a kitchen before retreating into a dark office room, the newspaper said. They came out of the dark room “flustered”.

One partygoer took pictures on an instant camera and others put pictures on their Instagram feeds.

All are believed to have been deleted months later, when the first stories of the partying emerged and guests became worried that the pictures could be used as incriminating evidence.

At the time, it was illegal to socialise indoors and gatherings were allowed only for work purposes.

These revelations come as the Commons privileges committee inquiry into whether the scandal-prone Johnson lied to MPs about law-breaking parties during the Covid pandemic has resumed this week.

The constant partying at 10 Downing Street during lockdown led to Johnson’s downfall as prime minister after his fellow Conservative Party MPs tired of his non-stop scandals.

Johnson and his wife, Carrie, as well as current Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who was Chancellor then, escaped sanctions for attending events at the time, while other Downing Street staff were fined.
